About Us

Simply4Health is a new project of CHI (Creating Health Institute) created in 2007 for our sister organization, The Oake Centre for natural health education.  We started Simply4Health many years ago as a product line of very basic, yet health promoting, whole food products.  Because we believe that health is achieved through uncomplicated approaches, we chose the name for our new educational website because it continues to be the heart of our philosophy.

Education is the focus of this website to help you simplify your access to health care, take more responsibility for your own health and to help you learn how to work with your health care providers to prevent and resolve concerns. The goal of our work is to assist you through education so that you have the skills needed to be well and live well in a toxic world.

Natural healing is the oldest form of treatment known. Three out of four people around the world rely on natural healing. It is believed that the body can heal itself when the right environment is provided. Creating and maintaining this environment helps you have a healthy mind, body, emotions and spirit.

We began studying and using natural healing in 1958.  It has been a lifelong adventure since that time. We are highly respected in the industry and internationally renown.

Along the way we added over 35 years of experience in mainstream medicine as a provider, educator, administrator and consultant.  Over the years we have grown professionally and personally, and now serve clients and students around the world.

We offer Natural Health Education, consultation, and mediation programs and services along with selected supplements and custom formulation.  We strive to be your resource for quality natural health education, services and products.

Combining our education and experience, totaling over 85 years, our visitors, clients and customers receive a very broad and in-depth understanding of both natural and mainstream health care.

    a simple, safe and sane lifestyle; the use of healing arts such as meditation, massage, reflexology, acupuncture, music, hands-on-healing and other energy work, color and sound, and exercise like yoga, tai chi or walking.

  • We offer: Education; Community Classes; Consultation to Individuals, Business and Government, Organizations; Mediation Services limited to natural and traditional health matters; Legal and Forensic Nursing and Health Consultations; Custom Blending of Herbal Remedies.

CHI is a 501c3 tax-exempt and non-profit educational organization founded in 1988.  We are also part of an associated ministry. 

In addition, our founder is a popular speaker and has written and published natural health articles and books since 1991; has been a contributor to 5 books with Rodale Press and other publishers; is often interviewed on TV, radio and internet programs, and cited frequently by other authors.
